From Chaos to Calm: A Real Talk Invitation
Trust me, I get it. I’ve done that chaotic life dance — juggling three jobs, surfing or gym squeezed in between school pickups, two kids on a fortnightly rotation like some custody-themed Olympic relay. Our meals wouldn’t win any Master Chef competitions, but we survived. And somewhere between the drop offs and pick ups, I was also trying to find inner peace.
I hadn't found my Zen state by any means but I could see a glimpse of it and this became my focus.
Every day felt like a circus and I was the clown attempting to juggle all aspects of my life. So what changed?
Determination. That quiet (and occasionally shouty) inner voice whispering, “Surely there’s more to life than juggling a hundred tasks at once and finding no peace?”
